Recent Wallet Developments

The wallet ecosystem around Nano keeps evolving. Have a look at some of the most recent developments:

  • Universal cryptocurrency wallet Atomic Wallet has added the option to purchase Nano directly from within their wallet using your credit card, providing another convenient fiat-to-Nano gateway for interested parties.
  • Exodus Wallet now lets you change your Nano representative easily from within the wallet. You can find the setting to change your Nano representative under Advanced Options while viewing your Nano account. Choosing a Nano representative is vital to keeping the Nano network decentralized.
  • Universal wallet Magnum Wallet have just launched their iOS beta. For all of you who were waiting for this release, you can now install the beta via TestFlight to try it out.

  • Nano Wallet Company (NWC) wallet functionality has now been disabled as of February 10th, 2020. Please visit the useful resource for help with choosing an alternative wallet.

Blockchain for Europe Summit

Colin LeMahieu, CEO/Founder of the Nano Foundation and George Coxon, COO of the Nano Foundation, attended the Blockchain for Europe summit in Brussels last week. Blockchain for Europe represents international blockchain industry players at the EU-level. The Nano Foundation’s goal at the summit was to learn more about the barriers facing industries and see how Nano can provide a solution to them.

The Nano Foundation was recently announced as a sponsor for the upcoming CoinFestUK conference taking place in Manchester on April 3rd-5th, 2020. The venue for the conference has now been revealed. Hosted at the Renaissance Manchester Hotel, tickets are still available, and it’s free to attend. Make sure you grab your tickets while you can and join us at our exhibition!


The NanoGhana meet-up takes place on February 22nd, 2020, from 12:00–4:00 PM GMT in Kumasi, Ghana. This event, funded through a NanoCenter campaign, is a one-day event with educational talks and demonstrations of how Nano works.
